Soft Skills Development: Qualitative ability enhancement
School of Management has planned to organize extra-curricular activities for the students of BBA Semester I, III, & V during academic year 2019-20. This series will normally not have any extra workload, which they need to do outside classroom.
Competency enhancement series aims to enhance soft skills: critical thinking, problem solving, data analysis, written communication, comprehension and interpretation skills, team work, analytical skills, ability to judge, taking initiative, entrepreneurial skills, decision making, skills, emotional intelligence...
This in turn will help to develop leadership, social responsibility, good citizenship values and voluntary participation. It will allow students to get more involved with their peer group and provide opportunities for self- discovery, using these activities to build bonds across all classes of BBA program.
